A  possible   solution   to  the    Boat-People Dilemma.

 I    wish   to   point  out   a  the  recent   "Question   and  Answer  ",   an   Australian   T-V  program    engaging  on   a   ' question--and--answer '  basis,   a   selected   panel   of   politicians,   journalists,    celebrities,    representatives  of    ethnic   communities,    one   would    think   and  expect   to   have   a   high     level   of     capacity   in   CLEAR   THINKING,    and   a    relatively  large     assembly   of     questioners   from   the     everyday   walks   of    life.

'Clear   Thinking'     means     here   the  same   it  meant   in  the   days   of   Matriculation   Examinations  for   entrance   to  University--level   studies,      the   seemingly   uncommon  capacity   to  reason     by  taking   in  consideration   opposing   views   and   finally being   able   to   draw   conclusions   based    on    real,   practical,   current   FACTS   OF   LIFE,    not      feelings,    opinions,      maudling,       pseudo--  humanitarian   cliches     impossible    to    implement,   which   end   benefiting  a  few     persons    with   cash  and   contacts,    sexual   or  personal  attractions    of  various   sorts  and   so   forth.

A    debater   at  this   'Q  &  A'   about   ' The   Boat--People   Dilemma '    mentioned     the    resistance   by     Australians  in  general,   to  the    taking--in     as   Refugees   at  the   end   of   WWII   of      Jewish  persons     displaced   by  the   Nazi's  persecutions.  

He    implied   a  similarity  between    these    and  the    Boat--People     when  in  fact  there   are    great   dissimilarities.     The    Jews    were    a   known   number,    where  being  processed    through    legal  channels,  where   clearly   identifiable   individuals,   with   clearly  identifiable   persecutors,   and  had   no     violent,    belligerant,     theocratically---obsessed     supporting   political     religion,   culture   or    background;     the   Boat---People     are     unknown   identities,   or    so  they   claim,      have      hazily    identifiable   persecutors (  i.e.,   Iran  and   Afghanistan   are   supposed    to  have   democratic   governments,     so    do    most   African  Nations..............or  is  it  all    'bullshit?,   including   our     military  presences  [   UN ]  there   and    dead     military   too?),    have  not  yet    established    intake   number,     possibly    a    NEVER--ENDING--LEAKAGE ),   they   appear   to  be  mainly    from   Islamic    Nations,     etc.   Since   they   reach   Australia     on    Maleysian  or  Indonesian    boats    Maritime   Laws    should    have   something   to  say   about  these   two    nations'   responsibilities    about   them.
The    overriding  facts   are   the    violation   of      Australian   National  Borders,    the     jumping  of  the     queus     waiting    to  be  processed   in    the  'Refugee--Camps  '    and  the  latter   people   have   as     valid    and  pressing   human   rights   as   these     'queu--jumpers '   are   invoked   to  have   exclusively.
One   would   expect     Maleysia   and  Indonesia    to   collaborate,   but   these  Nations   refuse  to   do   so.
I   suggest   Australia,    following    the   tendering   of     adequate  explanations    and   conditions   to  the      relevant  World--Refugees--Organizations,    stops     processing    the     cavassing  of    refugess    in   Camps,   until    Maleysia   and   Indonesia  accept    to   collaborate    on   a   solution  based  on    a   straight   exchange  of  the  illegals   in  Australia,   with   an  equal   number    selected    by   the  Australians    from  the  camps
In  the   meanwhile    the  illegals    to  be  indefinitely   detained   here.
As   a  practical  fact  of  life...............I    am    subjected   at  the  moment   to  long  terms   of   waiting    for   Medical    Services   while    sufferintg   the  pains   of     stones   in    my    kidneys,   here  in    Coburg,   Victoria,    owing    to the    enormous   increase   of  the   local  population     by   Asian   and  African     imports.
Why   Coburg    and    Brunswick   and   similar  places?     Because     of    the    rent--ranges    that  allow   these   poor  people     to   pay  these    by  packing   into these  dwellings    two,  three,   four   times    the   normal     capacity   of  a     dwelling.
And  here  and  there    babies   are    also  added    to  the   congestion,   with    added   medical   and     garbological  (   yes.....rubbish.....waste.......) problems.   Most  of  the   well--to---do  people    on   'Insight'   and    ' Q&A'   are  not obviously  aware   of   these  facts.......the  practicalities   and   go  into m  raptures  of   humanitarian    righteousness.......... 
The  capacity  of   Australia     to     take  in  more  people   is  not  gauged   by  its     empty   spaces,  or  its    herds  of     cattle,  but   by   that  of   its     centres     (  like   Coburg   and   Brunswick,  etc. )   where      employment    MAY  be    generated,   and  this   means     thge    problem  of   the  maintenance  of    existing  standards   of  life   for   all,  regardless  of  income.     In  general,   Islam   should  take   care  of  its   own   displaced   persons  It  Itself  is  causing    to  be.
Terrorism   has  been   causing    kmost  of  the    rises  in    the   costs   of   living. 

SO  HELP   ME    GOD.....ALLAH,    
even  as   I  am   writing  this    in  pain!

The  title  is  referring   to  the   celebrated  Australian   T-V  Documentary.   What   a   useless   waste  of   money   and    pathos !    But   this  is   what  our   bored    Australians   in  the  well-to-do   bracket    need.................

The   financially   marginal    Australians   are   in  fact   those     who   are    affected   by    these     unacceptable     and   uncontrolled     demographic escalations   due   to    the     lack   of   housing,     medical   facilities,    jobs,   etc.      with  the  result  of    rising   costs   of   living.

I   am   not   disputing   the    fact   that   refugees    are   suffering   terrible    inhuman  living    conditions ,   and   I  have   no   need   of  the   documentary    to   prop   a   defective    imagination.

The    final   question   remains   whether   Australia    can    tolerate   the    precedent   of    its       national       boundaries     to     be   violated     and    of  the  unknown     answer    as      for    how    long     boat-people   are   going   to  be   accepted      to  land    here.      

FOR  HOW   LONG    AND   HOW   MANY?
The  fact  also   remains   that   these    people   are   illegally   jumping  the    queue   of    those    waiting  in    Refugee-Camps.
My    idea  of   a   better   solution   to  trying   to  settle   these    people   without    training    for    a     nation    like   Australia    which    has    a   developed   standard  of   living    is   to   finance    their   relocation   in  Asia,    Africa      where    they   generally   come    from,    where  there  is    still    agricultural  land    and   water   a-plenty.
Simultaneously,   these   people    should    be    clearly    and  unequivocally     be   explained   about   and  accept   the   reality  that  they  cannot   expect    to    have  a   future    and   be  able   to   procreate   at  the   same   time    as   if    world-overpopulation    were  not    the    fundamental   cause   of   their   displacements.   And   this   applies    in   particular   to  the   scenario     in   which    Israelis   and  Palestinians     murder  one   another.
Simultaneously,      Asian,   African    Nations     should    similarly     generate   a    program  of   massive    population   reduction   which   in   just  a   short  time     would   make    room   for   all   their  own   refugees.    Resettling  these   people  in  their  own  environments     would   be  a    kinder    thing   to   do  to  them.
I   do  not  have  the   statistics   but   I   would   like   to  know    what   is   the   total   population   increase  per   year   of   Asia    and  Africa,    with   a   separate   figure    for     Islamic    Nations.
We   would   be   surprised   of   how   short   a   time    would  be  required    to   solve   the     problem  of     52   millions   refugees.........procreating   and  increasing   esponentially.
A   bit  of  gentle   persuasion    should    be  the    Financial   Aid    that   the   Western  Nations   are  waisting  in  just  maintaining   the    pejorating  status    quo.
Aid   should   consist   in    condoms,    contraceptive  pills   and   sterilization     programs   until   the  problem  is   solved.
This  is   the  way   to  go   about    rather  than    MAUDLING   and    WEEPING   and   feeling    compassionate.......etc.   etc.

The   Humane    Butchering  by  a   primitive  Siberian  People.

I   wish    to   report    here   the  humane   butchering   of   rheindeers    practiced   by    the    EVENKI,   a  people     living  in  Siberia   near  the   Arctic   Circle, some    5,000   miles    from    Moscow  in    Russia.

I    watched   this   done    on a   DVD   by  the   BBC   titled     " The   Incredible   Human   Journey ",   presented   by  Dr.  Alice   Roberts.

In  the  section  of  the    work   covering   China,    a  reference   is  made   to  these   people    with   whom   Dr.   Roberts   spent    a   winter  near  the    Arctic   Circle.

Their  Religion,   unlike   the     scripturally  inspired  one,   is   animistic/shamanic  yet    they     cause  the  death  of  a  rheindeer   by  quickly     inserting      in  the   top  of    their    skull,    in a  location   approximately  located   between  the    antlers,    a  sharp   stiletto  in  their  brain.    Death  is   immediate.     The    blood    is     collected    while    skinning   proceeds.    There  are   some     among   the   butchers   who    drink   some  of  the  blood.

The  Scriptures    do  not   prescribe    killing    by   bleeding,     but   just     emphasisze   the  need   for   draining  of  the   blood,       and    condemn   strangling,   forbidding   the  use  of   blood   as     food.
